JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen our network of insurance agents, dealerships and fleet accounts

• Support new store openings by engaging local market to drive sales activity to boost new store sales ramp

• Partner with store level leaders to drive strategic sales growth initiatives

• Establish sales priorities, action plans and participating in territory client functions

• Educate our clients on Driven Glass value proposition, support process and service guarantees

• Build client trust and rapport for long term successful relationships

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

• Provide high levels of customer service

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly establish trust and build relationships with new potential clients

• A proven successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals

• Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience

• Strategic, well organized, energetic, good written and verbal communication skills along with multi-tasking

• Must have a good driving record

• Bachelor's Degree to equivalent combination of education and work-related experience required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, process orientation

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with professionals at all levels
