Full description of the position

About the position:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing communication with all key stake holders of a project. You will prepare and send pricing estimates, maintain project files, and monitor progress of projects from pre-design to installation. The Project Manager should be a self-starter with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems.

We are a Burlington County based manufacturer of a technical building product, B to B. We service many industries including military, corporate, higher education, healthcare, and many others throughout North America and globally.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create customer estimates
  • Educate clients on product information and coordinate technical design support
  • Pre-design coordination
  • Ensure high touch service to key stakeholders: site-managers, facility managers, architects, and engineers.
  • Maintain physical and electronic project documents
  • Monitor progress of project from pre-design to installation
  • Coordinate on site training and QC inspection as needed
  • Follow up on lead generation to develop and progress projects

This is a full time, in-person position with Benefits including: Health, Retirement, and Vacation.
