Full description of the position

The Comfort Advisor must be able to effectively work with customers, vendors and the company staff. The Comfort Advisor is normally the first personal point of contact with customers and therefore must display a positive image of the company. The Comfort Advisor must be cleanly dressed in a professional manner.

The Comfort Advisor is responsible for completing all assigned service work Sales Calls and/or installation work per their position assignment. This includes handling after hours and weekend work.

• Return all phone sales leads and or phone calls the day they are received
• Run all scheduled sales leads on time
• Attend company meetings and training classes
• Maintain a minimum of 40% closing ratio. This ratio will be adjusted with yearly goals.
• Perform follow up calls and visits
• Complete all financing paperwork (financing must be approved before scheduling the job)
• Schedule installations and provide list of required equipment/materials
• Follow Change Out Documentation Requirements
• Visit job site during change out
• Meet or exceed scheduled budgets
• Complete and submit sales report weekly
• Be available to run sales calls, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Saturdays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18,000.00 per year

Experience:

• HVAC: 5 years (Required)
• Sales: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Certification (Required)
• HVAC Certification (Required)
