A new Real Estate agency is opening in the Johnson County area. The first goal is to hire the best available broker in the Johnson County area to grow and maintain a top notch agency.

This new opportunity will provide a competent broker the ability to form their own team with supportive management with resources available to be successful.

This will require training new agents, and recruiting successful existing agents to form a pattern of short and long term growth and stability. The compensation plans for this new broker leader are aggressive and built off of incentives for growth.

The responsibilities include utilizing existing and newly formed training programs which create a flow of activity for agents and a longer term fulfilling career.

Newly created marketing training and directions for agents will be essential to build a pattern of efficiency and success that is repeatable and a winning formula.

The newly hired Broker leader should plan on building efficient data bases for return customers, and branching off into friends and relatives of all client contacts over time.

This opportunity is being presented by a national real estate related company with its headquarters in Johnson County, KS. The company has assets devoted and ready to launch a very successful real estate firm as soon as the right broker candidate is hired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
