Requirements
· Five+ years progressively responsible commercial property management experience. Medical office experience preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organization and analytical skills.
· Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Intermediate skills with MRI Real Estate Software
· Four-year college degree.
· CPM or RPA designation a plus.
· Experience managing a staff preferred
Job Duties
· Acts as primary contact with tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations and daily administrative tasks in a fast paced environment.
· Reviews and reconciles tenant rent and Operating Expense Recoveries (OER).
· Perform periodic regular property inspections. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for vendor selection and oversight.
· Perform routine property accounting functions such as AP processing, rent collections, and AR reporting and financial variance reporting.
· Development of bi-annual forecasts for operating and capital expenses.
· Coordinate with and assist the Portfolio Manager, with oversight of capital and tenant improvements and communicate with tenants and coordinate logistics with the general contractor.
· Responsible for preparing recommendations and obtaining approval for all capital and tenant improvement work.
· Responsible for lease administration and engaging in leasing calls. Obtain contractor bids for prospective tenant improvements.
· Support new tenant orientation programs and coordinates tenant-related activities including move-ins and move-outs.
· Work with tenants, building maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work orders are complete.
· Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Must be able to work independently.

Pay: From $73,000.00 per year
