Republic Harley-Davidson is interested in finding experienced fashion retail associates that are ready to make money and have fun doing it!

We are staffing up for a record season, training and increasing our inventory.

We are looking for Full-Time Motorclothes Associates, someone that enjoys engaging customers and making sure their experience with us is a memorable one.

Candidates must be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Fashion retail sales experience is a must. Harley-Davidson and motorcycle knowledge is a plus.

What you’ll do:

• Provide an engaging in store experience through interacting with customers and supporting teammates on the sales floor
• Answer questions and assist customers in identifying and selecting Motorclothes fashion apparel and riding gear that they might need or enjoy.
• Develop relationships with customers and determine their wants and needs
• Process transactions and create a memorable experience
• Handle customer communication regarding returns and/or problems with orders, return authorizations and maintain related records.
• Efficiently balance all operational tasks for a variety of store functions
• Achieve productivity goals through multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities
• Drive sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
• Ensure cleanliness and visual standards are maintained throughout the day

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
