The company’s range of products and services allow small, single-location merchants and franchise companies with hundreds of locations to implement a variety of card programs. Key capabilities include: Gift and loyalty card systems and transaction progressing, Plastic card printing, Merchandising (e.g., gift card holder printing, countertop displays), Equipment (e.g., gift & loyalty card terminals / equipment / software) and Gift Card Marketing (e.g., promotional piece printing, card affixing, mailing services).
General Position Summary
At eCard, our inside sales team is the engine that drives gift card orders and keeps our customers happy and we’re seeking a qualified inside sales manager to lead the team. We’re seeking a quick learner and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, and maintain a high-performance inside sales force.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales Manager
· Ensure a smooth customer experience
· Recruit, hire, and train inside sales team
· Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
· Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
· Coach, mentor, train, and provide feedback to team members
· Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
· Handle escalation tasks as needed
· Works closely as a leader and team player with other teams including graphics, prepress, production, IT, accounting, data personalization, and support to both ensure best practices and enhance processes
· Partner with marketing team to drive orders and raise awareness of eCard’s products and services
Qualifications for Inside Sales Manager
· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
· Experience in customer relationship management.
· Experience managing and directing a sales team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Dedication to providing great customer service.
· Ability to lead a sales team.
· Organized
A background in print production or retail technology will be helpful, but if inspiring others, attention to detail and processes, and verbal and written communication ability is your strong suit, this will be a fun and engaging opportunity for you.
