LEAD BOOKKEEPER - Seeking knowledgeable bookkeeper proficient in Quickbooks Online or equivalent software with verifiable work experience in residential property management

Quickbooks software preferred.
Yardi software preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proficient skill set in using Quickbooks Online
• General Bookkeeping/coding transactions
• Deposit breakdowns/Reporting
• Bill Pay
• Work with Off-Site Account ManagerAccountant
• Utilize Yardi Software
• Assist in scheduling tours, lease apartments, process applications, background checks and processing rental verifications. Prepare lease documents/move-ins
• Communicate efficiently with office/maintenance staff, prospective residents, current residents, and vendors
