Licensed Insurance Representative 2-20 or 4-40

Position of Need

We are looking for a new Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Being a local insurance agency, we value our daily office environment and work chemistry. We are looking for a new member that is team-oriented with current product knowledge and experience working in agency management systems. The position requires the ability to direct clients properly as to their insurance needs in new policy sales as well as rounding accounts and maximizing our services in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from customers needing endorsements, amendments and payments

Calculate and provide home and auto insurance quotes to potential customers

Advise clients as to coverages and available products and services

Update and document agency management information

Develop relationships with clientele for long lasting continued service

Resolve client inquiries and complaints

Qualifications

Must carry a Florida Issued 2-20 or 4-40 license with up to date continuing education

At least 1 year prior experience

Experience using an Agency Management System- Preferably a Vertafore Platform AMS 360

Availability to work full time with the expectation of this being a long term position

Ability to Prioritize and Multi Task while maintaining strong organization

Ability to navigate products to find the best fit

Ability to work with other employees on common goals
