We are looking for a Multi-Site Property Manager with experience in rent collections, leasing and overall customer service. You will be overseeing the daily operations of 1-2 properties depending upon experience. Location is in Charlotte & Lowell. The position works closely with the maintenance team to ensure turns, works orders and overall customer satisfaction is achieved.
To be considered for an immediate interview, we are looking for a candidate that has experience with:
- Experience with managing daily property operations.
- Possess time-management skills.
- Be able to follow procedure and instruction.
- Be able to work independently with the ability to produce high quality and quantity of work.
- Provide friendly and courteous customers services to applicants. Must present a positive attitude and be team oriented.
- Maintain resident files in accordance with company policy & regulatory agency policy.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
- Must be organized and comfortable multi-tasking.
- Must be proficient with computers.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Property Manager or Leasing Consultant.
- Experience at managing people is a plus.
- Training/managing on-site staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, follow up and multi-tasking skills.
- Promote resident activities.
- Word Excel and basic computer skills
