COMMERCIAL SALES ASSOCIATE – CERTAPRO PAINTERS
We are a Roswell, Georgia-based painting contractor looking for our next team member. While relevant experience is important, you need the following to fit with our culture first:

- CertaPro Painters of Roswell is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2017. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting in Roswell, Georgia and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on being a great employer as well as a customer driven, quality painting company. We work hard, but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE OF A COMMERCIAL SALES ASSOCIATE:
- Maintain and build upon existing client relationships
- Prospect and network to establish new client relationships
- Meet with clients and prepare painting solutions on an individual basis
- Active involvement in industry trade shows, membership events and local partnerships
- Write and deliver estimates to clients promptly
- Promptly reply to client emails/calls
- Follow up with clients and answer any questions
- Maintain a busy calendar
- Assist with project management
- Keep constant communication with the home office and production team
- Source products
- Maintain a relationship with paint store reps to secure good pricing and support
MUST HAVES:
- A valid driver’s license
- Selfmotivation and ability to work productively in an autonomous fashion to achieve sales goals
- Some experience in the business to business and/or account management space
- History of performance and success in a sales or account development role
- A gregarious personality
- Not afraid to confront challenges head on
- A great eye for detail
- Resilience and ability to roll with the punches
IT WOULD BE NICE BUT NOT REQUIRED
- A basic knowledge of paint
- Previous construction experience
