EdgeX LED ([please apply online] is looking for outbound Business Developement Representative's (BDR's) that are motivated, high-energy individuals who will use the phone to actively reach out new sales targets. They will establish connections with potential customers who are not familiar with EdgeX’s services, pique the interest of current clients for replacement or upgrade, and make suitable introductions to our project managers. In order to pursue new prospects and transfer quality leads to the local sales team, the outbound BDR will routinely work in conjunction with regional project managers. As a member of the business development team, the outbound BDR will answer to the business development manager. The Outbound BDR is encouraged to work with their management and teammates to achieve both individual and team performance goals. Hourly rate is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with prospecting for B2B sales through the phone and email
• The capacity to familiarize oneself with a difficult, technical product
• Willingness to use tools like Marketing360, Power Point ,Excel, and others frequently and learn new ones
• The ability to use technology for remote work as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales for 2 or more years
• Having used CRM and sales engagement solutions like Marketing360, ShopVox, SalesLoft, or similar
• B2B prospecting knowledge
• MUST be great on the phone talking to prospects and customers
• MUST be open to using your phone via our application to call prospects

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or similar preferred
• Associate degree or sufficient, relevant experience considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Our BDR position is an entry level position with ability to advance to Senor Sales Representative within only a few months. As a BDR, you are primarily contacting sign companies to gauge their interest in working with EdgeX LED. Bonuses are also paid based on your sales. Our expectations are that you are making a minimum of 75-100 calls per day using your cell phone thru our mobile application.
