We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, and radiates positive energy. This position is primarily responsible for customer service, maintaining a clean studio environment, and selling memberships to guests. Our Studio Associates are critical to our business because they set the pace for every guest’s experience which impacts our company's growth on a daily basis.

The Studio Associate position is responsible for customer service, sales and maintaining a clean studio environment. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

• FOUR DAY WORK WEEK - Must have a consistent availability schedule to be considered. For example, you commit to being consistently available mornings on weekdays, two weekend days per month so we can schedule you and the team on consistent days a month ahead. Just makes it best to accomodate the whole team this way!
• Seeking 20-32 hours a week. Opportunity for more hours if desired. Weekday, weekend, morning and evening shifts available. Paid Training.
• Typical "morning" hours are 6 AM-Noon on weekdays, 8 AM-1:30 PM on weekends. Afternoon hours are Noon-6 PM, and evening hours are 3 PM - Close (7 or 8 PM depending on weekday/weekend). These are our "primary'' shifts however additional hours are available to add for more income! ;)
• Standard Hourly + Commission + Bonuses + Free IR Sauna Membership. With commission position has potential to consistently be $16+/hour. Our memberships are not 'hard' sells, you just need to be able to effectively communicate to the guest which option (there are three, it's pretty simple) is going to be best for them based on how much they plan on coming in per week. Memberships are month-to-month auto renew so you aren't needing to 'convince' someone to a long-term deal, just educate them that it automatically renews unless they cancel

Studio Hours: 7am - 8pm Monday-Friday; 9am - 7pm Saturday - Sunday

Preferred Experience:

Sales - 1 Year, Customer Service - 1 Year, Common Sense & Personality - Lifetime

Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation: Start $13 - $15/hour + Commission + Free IR Sauna Membership

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and with enthusiasm
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Understand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy
• Sell memberships in a commission-based atmosphere
• Use our software to manage appointments and make sales. MindBody or scheduling software experience is a plus!
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Provide consistent, top-notch customer service
• Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
• Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
• Assist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistance
