Reporting to the Call Center Coordinator, this position is responsible for:

• Demonstrate a passion for excellence when speaking with customers
• Maintain a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Schedule calls between Sales Representatives and potential customers
• Maintain high call volumes to meet or exceed sales metrics
• Assists management in identifying trends to improve our customer experience

Compensation for Call Center Representative:

• $15/hr pay
• Paid Training and Vacation
