We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team. The Sales Assistant will provide support to the sales team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and following up on leads
• Enter and manage customer data in the CRM system
• Prepare sales reports and presentations as needed
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support sales strategies
• Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals and presentations
• Coordinate travel and scheduling for sales team members
• Respond to customer inquiries and support the resolution of customer issues
• Attend sales meetings and events as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with CRM systems a plus
