We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help take us to the next level!

Summary/Objective

Inside Sales Representatives greet customers and assist them in selecting products to purchase, sells products and services, quotes jobs and projects as requested, ensures deliveries get scheduled, processes orders & special orders as needed, and supports outside sales and the company in all selling/customer related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts. Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers. Strong customer service skills.
• Primary contact with our established “House Accounts”, and calls accounts that have stopped doing business with our company and attempts to reengage them.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills. Answers telephone for sales department. Quote prices and prepares sales orders.
• Company computer applications skills (Sx, Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Works with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and, to investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from customer inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
• Performs and prepares take-offs from building plans for roofing, siding, and/or windows quotes and proposals.
