Job description

Independent insurance agency seeking reliable, friendly, upbeat customer service agents to work with our current sales/service teams. Positions available in our Plain City or Grove City, OH and Florence, KY locations.

Primary duties include answering multi-line phone system, transferring to appropriate agents, greeting clients, taking payments and making policy changes.

• Candidate must be able to multi-task
• Candidate must be detail oriented
• Candidate should expect to assist walk in clients as well as answer and aide client calls via phone and email
• Candidate should have experience with Microsoft based applications and multi-line phone system. Microsoft Outlook experience required.
• Full time, in-person position. Monday through Friday, 8:30-5pm

Qualifications

• Previous insurance experience required
• Must be comfortable on the phone and face to face interaction with clients
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, reliable and have a positive attitude
• Active state of Kentucky or Ohio property and casualty insurance license is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
