Unitec Distribution Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Client Support Account Manager to join our team!

• We are a rapidly growing uniform supplier in Westminster, MD
• As the main point of contact for our clients, you are responsible to set-up and manage their uniform program in our proprietary web-based system, offer exceptional service and provide better solutions to help drive company revenue.
• Position is in the office

Qualifications:

• Minimum two year's experience in Account Management/Client Support/Customer Service
• Technological capability to work with internal software system
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and on-time delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Capability to prioritize among competing tasks

Responsibilities:

• Primary point of contact and build long term relationships with clients
• Liaison between clients and internal staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to meet client’s needs
• Source product and set-up new accounts in our proprietary web-based software
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Help clients through email, phone, online presentations and on-line meetings
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for new requests to add value to job accomplishments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
