Full description of the position

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a charismatic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our current team. You will collaborate in a team environment to provide outstanding service, while exhibiting substantial problem-solving skills. This is an ideal, entry-level position for a highly motivated individual interested in growing with our company. Our new corporate office in Alpharetta, Georgia will open this Spring! Until our opening, this position will be remote.

POSITION'S PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide product support for incoming customer calls and emails regarding product problems, warranty, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Work with online seller platforms to respond to customer inquiries, concerns, process replacements and returns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call to resolution.
  • Work with the management teams to stay updated on product knowledge and proactively, be informed of any changes in products.
  • Reports customer suggestions and recommend product revisions to according to teams.
  • Administrate and enforce precise attention to detail when tracking, documenting, and meticulously handling ALL client items.
  • Effectively correspond and report through multiple lines of communication to both coworkers and clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred).
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi lingual - English, Spanish and French a plus.
  • Background in troubleshooting smart devices, Portable Air Conditioners & Evaporative Air Coolers a plus.
  • Maintain availability to accommodate changes in the schedule without conflict.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

· This is a FULL-TIME position that is paid Hourly.

· The starting wage is $15.00 - 17.00/hour.

SCHEDULING AND SHIFT DETAILS:

Monday – Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm & 9:30am – 5:30pm shifts are available, but subject to change.
