Summary

The Inside Sales Support Specialist is the first window ambassador for Superior Lubricants to our internal and external customers as well as communicates positively with our vendors. They provide partnership and administrative support to all field salespersons so that they can maximize their time spent in front of customers.

Essential duties of Position:

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to create and maintain Pipelines
• Assist Territory Managers with Quoting, Equipment agreements and Marketing materials
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Responsible for all aspects of the new customer set up
• Answer inbound calls from both existing and potential customers
• Track weekly and monthly new account sales
• Order Entry
• Provide order status; expedite as necessary
• Adhere to work instructions and SOP’s in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• No experience required
• 1 year experience preferred in a support role with an emphasis on organizational sales marketing, and/or relationship building

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with our internal and external customers and vendors.
• Self-motivated with superior organizational skills
• Ability to use software applications (example MS Office) to create exhibits, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, marketing materials, etc.
• Knows that self-care and taking regular breaks is vital to excellent service
• Possesses self-awareness to know what their personal limits are and can therefore communicate what they are able to consistently deliver
