Retail Sales Account Manager in Atlanta, GA
Third party logistics company in Fulton Industrial/Six Flags area of Atlanta is looking for a motivated, energetic, outgoing individual for our Account Manager position. This fast paced position is primarily responsible for providing outstanding customer service and operational oversight for customers by utilizing highly skilled, in-depth knowledge of customer's products, procedures and processes.
Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Control and authority over all aspects of inventory and order management.
· Handles all crisis resolution
· Manage inventory control and quality assurance for all customer products.
· Establish rapport with customers and interacts to ensure open communication for problem resolution.
· Provide timely feedback to customers regarding service failures or any other concerns.
· Exercise discretion in inventory situations to ensure order are shipped complete.
· Address all customer issues and ensure effective and long term problem resolution

Job Requirements
· 2 years of customer service experience.
· Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
· Self starter with superb organizational skills
· Excellent time management.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Exceptional written and verbal skill.
· Pleasant phone personality.
· Strong customer service commitment.
· Experience with AS400 system and background in warehousing is preferred but not required.
· Drug and background check is required
