Sales Development Representative (Onsite - Farmington, UT)

Intero Digital’s team in Utah is looking for a confident, outgoing Sales Development Representative!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound phone calls to our prescribers and members.
• Utilizing multiple software systems to create cases and determine coverage, determination, and appeals processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to display soft skills while moving the call forward.
• Complying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standards.
• Acquiring and maintaining basic knowledge relevant to our business goals.
• Meet daily tasks through various forms and mediums of communication – written, verbal, and/or by phone.
• Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files.
• Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with members.
• Accountable and results driven.
• Critical & quick thinker/problem solver/assertive.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to change.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workload.
• Ability to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environment.
• Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications.
• Proficient use of keyboard, mouse and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors.

Compensation

• $55,000 base pay.
• Bonus (OTE of $75,000) ($500 per week for 10 meetings booked, $80 for each meeting over 40 per month).

Our offices are located in Colorado Springs, CO; San Diego, CA; Columbus, OH; Salt Lake City, UT; Columbia, MO. Intero Digital will consider geographic differentials, such as cost of living, for remote candidates.
