The Harmony Agency is seeking an Sales Executive to join our amazing team. You will be responsible for generating results through advising prospects on property (home) and casualty (auto) insurance.

You must have either sales experience or insurance experience but both is not necessary.

This is an in office position in Westerville, OH

Working 8:30 - 5:30 M-F selling Ohio insurance.

Salary Range: $30000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Starting your insurance career as a Sales Executive you will:

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that The Harmony Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
