We are currently seeking an energetic Director of Food Service Sales to join our thriving team. Working with the benefit of our stellar reputation in the industry, this role is geared for a strong, high energy Leader willing to think strategically, and is not satisfied with status quo. Responsibilities

· Ability to develop and execute quarterly sales plans/ budgets to achieve annual targets by expanding customer base and increasing gross profit per stop within the existing portfolio.

· Build and foster strong long lasting customer relationships by understanding our strengths and capacity to pair with our customer’s business needs and objectives.

· Effectively communicate the Loffredo Fresh Foods value proposition to clients and our sales team by a thorough understanding of our category specific landscape.

· Take lead on maintaining relationships with various professional organizations that support the foodservice industry. Restaurant Associations, Gaming Associations, and School Associations.

· Forster and ensure Sales Teams commitment and practice to Loffredo Fresh Foods four core values.

· Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and understanding contractual obligations with our regional and nationally managed partners.

· Develop mastery of the Fresh Tech CRM and manage adherence to associated Key Performance Indicators.

· Exceptional ability to communicate, and influence all levels of a client’s organization including C Suite and other executive levels thru presentations and business reviews.

· Communicate, execute, and maintain Loffredo Fresh Foods sales team accountability to our Sales and Relationship process.

· Capacity to control and manage behaviors dictated by established CRM metrics.

· Travel to branches as needed to maintain familiarity and connectivity to team and respective markets and various national meetings would necessitate overnight travel. Approximately 1-4 nights per month.

· Show leadership by clearly setting expectations and motivating their team to excel.

· Lead new employee training and ongoing sales skill development by utilizing components of the Sandler Sales Process.

Requirements

• Proven sales executive experience within the foodservice distribution industry
• Five years in a successful lead/management sales role preferred
• Bachelors of Science, or Bachelors of Arts degree from an accredited institution preferred
• A valid driver’s license with no restrictions, or any serious violations that could put Loffredo Fresh Foods in jeopardy.
