Description
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented individual who is motivated by commission? Do you enjoy hunting for your next sale? Are you eager to create new business opportunities? If you answered yes to these questions, WorldWide Logistics wants you to be the next member of their growing sales team!
Using our trusted sales process, you will be assessing and providing logistical solutions to customers, building strong business relationships, and contributing to the development of our sales pipeline throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Your efforts will be rewarded with the security of ongoing base pay in addition to uncapped commission.
Day-to-Day:

  • Research and identify new prospects and develop sales opportunities through outbound inquiry
  • Focus on securing customers with Over-Dimensional freight
  • Priority should be placed on finding and developing customers with repeat truckload volume.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships
  • Manage your own pipeline of business
  • Collaborate with Operations Department in order to identify customers needs for Heavy Haul/Over- Dimensional transportation services
  • Work alongside business industry experts
  • Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and enhance services provided
  • Communicate and represent company brand and services

Requirements

  • Minimum HS diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of successful phone sales experience (Heavy Haul/OD Freight Specific)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Drive for building business relationships
  • Customer service oriented
  • Sales driven
  • Computer literacy
