We are a national, digital dental marketing agency looking for a highly motivated, career-driven, experienced Digital Sales Representative that is ready for a serious position to grow with our reputable, rapidly expanding agency.

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and action-oriented with strong leadership skills and proven sales results. The ability to work independently, with little oversight, yet accountability to upper management for established goals will be key.

Responsibilities*
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan and deliver presentations on company service offerings
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and client
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of our service offerings
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Track all sales activities and keep senior leadership aware of account activity
- Communicate prospect pain points to sales and operations leadership
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Understand your prospective clients’ buying cycles to accurately predict the potential and timings of deal closures – clearly communicating your forecasts with Sales and Operations leadership
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Share/train on sales learnings with the Account Service team
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas; high lead-to-close rate
- Proven track record of fostering sales growth in existing customer base
- Strong customer service skills to listen to the needs of a client/prospect and be able to sell to the need
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
- Motivation to achieve sales, business objectives and high client satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially persuasion, to convey the benefits of our services to potential customers
- Comfortable presenting to clients/prospects in various business settings
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Significant experience and knowledge of digital marketing including website development, SEO, PPC, social media, online reviews and local SEO
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the digital marketing service space. Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the time; percentage of travel will fluctuate based on seasonality
