Headquartered in Montgomery, AL, Fastening Solutions (FSI) regionally distributes and markets industrial quality tools and fasteners to industrial manufacturers, lumber yards, and contractors. Specifically, FSI focuses on selling wood fasteners consisting of collated nails, staples, screws, and tools. Additionally, FSI sells steel and plastic strapping systems. FSI also repairs and maintains pneumatic hand tools. The company operates 18 branch locations.

FSI currently has a fantastic opportunity available for an entry-level Residential Construction Account Manager in the Atlanta metro area. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, proactive customer-focused problem solver, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities*

• Establish and prospect for new customers
• Call on existing customers to expand product offerings
• Responsible for market performance in areas of B2B sales, gross margin, market share growth, and customer service metrics related to the residential construction market
• Work independently and in an organized manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Maintain daily reports
• Maintain a clean driving record
• Must be physically capable of handling heavy boxes of nails and staples

Job Requirements*

• 0-3 years of experience in sales and/or construction
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
• Demonstrated computer literacy including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
• Physically capable of handling heavy boxes of nails and staples up to 50 lbs.
• Must be personable and be a people-person
• Must be coachable with a positive attitude

• Competitive base salary paid bi-weekly
