Full description of the position

Our appointment setting specialist is responsible for setting initial consultation for our medical clinic.

You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to new leads or for follow up purposes and scheduling an appointment for an initial conultation or for a follow-up visit. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities an appointment setter is expected to assume:

• Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience with our company
• Take the initiative to learn about the company and grow within the role
• Field incoming phone calls and convert 40% or more to clinic consultations
• Develop and distribute reports of each day’s appointments
• Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
• Properly explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
• Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
• Complete required follow up procedures for leads.
• Basic Training will be provided to get you familiar with our systems and processes!

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

Below are the qualifications and skills that are expected of an appointment setter:

• Minimum high school diploma, some college preferred
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work at least 8 hours each day, 5 days per week
• A positive attitude
• A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
• Experience and willingness, working in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills
• Adaptable and open to critiques
• Negotiation Skills
• Marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Medical experience is strongly preferred but not required.

**There is potential for comission or bonus pay dependent upon experience and performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
