As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in building relationships with clients in the Quick Serve, Restaurant, and Logistics industries, using your top-notch communication skills to sell the value of our innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts
- Maintain and update an accurate database of potential leads and customer information
- Develop and execute a targeted, effective lead nurturing strategy
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and communicate them to the appropriate internal teams
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Hubspot and ZoomInfo preferred
- A high level of energy, drive, and motivation to succeed
- Travel will be required as necessary
