Overview

The primary responsibility of the Software Maintenance Renewal Manager III is to maximize customer retention and revenue. This is inclusive of managing current renewals and creating growth via upsell, cross sell and upgrade opportunities. In order to be successful, this role will require excellence in the coaching of a team of Subscription and SaaS sales representatives. Additionally, strong cross-functional relationships will be essential. This position will be based out of our Dublin, Ohio office.

Responsibilities

-Lead, train, coach, develop and mentor a high performance team of renewal sales representatives.

-Develop effective and efficient routes to market directly with end-users and channel partners

-Prioritise and allocate resources to meet the needs of the business

-Work with field and inside counterparts to maximise delivery of outstanding customer solutions

-Achieve and exceed Sales Quotas

-Forecast with accuracy

Qualifications

Requirements

-3+ years of successful inside sales experience

-Proven inside sales management track record with the ability to communicate well and engage directly with customers and their senior management members

-Comfortable operating in a matrixed management environment

-Strong process management with the ability to enforce strict policies

-Ability to prioritise projects and deliverables and drive accurate and timely decisions.

-Passion for building strong customer relationships, excellent communication and follow-up skills

-Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

-Must be able to work from our local office in Dublin, OH

Preferences

-Experience in Perpetual, Term and SaaS renewals

-Practical application of Cross and upselling activities

-Bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience
