Job Title: Account Manager Company: Brooks, Todd & McNeil Our Independent Insurance Agency is looking to hire an organized, conscientious, and enthusiastic Account Manager with excellent written, verbal, and time management skills. A Commercial Account Manager is in charge of a diverse Book of Business placed with several Standard Carriers and Excess Lines Brokers. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing new and renewal commercial policies; ensuring coverages are correct and appropriate for customer needs, advising clients on available coverages for risks and rounding accounts, providing Producers with information and documentation to support sales, processing endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, evidences of insurance, and daily customer service needs, such as billing inquiries, change requests, and coverage inquiries. The position also includes remarketing of current policies with alternative Carriers based on Agency premium increase thresholds, client requests, and Producer requests.

Applicant must hold a current P&C license. Applicant must have strong technical skills with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook and experience with internal Agency Management Systems. Applicant must also have a strong background in Customer Service and enjoy working in a Team Oriented environment.

Full Time position includes Health Benefits, 401k, paid continuing education courses as required for maintenance of P&C license, and paid time off.
