Job Functions - We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist that resides in Arizona.
Sales administrators provide essential support for the sales team. This position is responsible for the efficient handling of sales calls, queries and documentation in support of the productivity of our Business Development sales representatives.

A successful Sales Admin at Level 3 AV will:

As a Sales Admin, you will contribute to the organization’s mission by providing critical support to the sales team thus allowing new business growth. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will create sales support documents and support client’s post-sale needs. You will do this by:
- Creating and Processing Administrative Support Documentation: Supporting business development with the production of RFP/bid response packages by proactively identifying what is needed for submission, organization of documents; Generating sales quotes; Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on activity for the leadership team.
- Managing and Maintaining Systems: Ensuring accuracy and detail of information tracked in NetSuite CRM software including vendor information, universal logins for contacts, hi-res customer logo updates; Providing administrative support to state contracts; Formatting quotes per each customers unique requirements
- Supporting Clients: Managing customer prequalification and portal registration; Being available to take client phone calls, emails and general inquiries into the mid-sales and post-sale process; Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with current or potential clients
- Improving Sales Efficiencies for the Organization: Achieving key, ongoing sales support goals and growth initiatives; Sharing, learning, and collaborating with team members to develop strategies, improve execution, and generate ideas that drive team results and success.
Qualifications
We care more about who you are than what you’ve done. That said, here are some highlights of the type of person and background we believe would thrive:
- 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably supporting the sales function of an organization
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- Basic understanding of sales pipeline management
- Experience in the Audiovisual Industry a plus
- High level verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Detail orientation and ability to follow-through with lengthy projects
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and business proposal preparation skills
- Creativity and independent thinking
- Deductive reasoning and application skills
- Proven proficiency in common software applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Word, internet savvy
