GP Construction Group is seeking Full-time Sales Manager to assist property owners in roofing projects that are covered by their insurance companies. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work hard and provide outstanding customer service. Our goal is to train individuals to find massive success within the billion dollar, recession proof industry of storm restoration.

If you don’t have previous roofing or construction experience, NO PROBLEM. We provide extensive in-office and in-field training to provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to be successful!

Job Responsibilities Include:

• D2D Sales in storm damaged areas
• Completing roof/property inspections (must be able to carry, climb on ladders and roofs)
• Effectively communicate with homeowners about the condition of their property and make recommendations based on the damages present
• Explaining how the insurance process works and how GP can help the homeowner through the process
• Managing projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to climb ladders and roofs
• Must have reliable transportation
• MUST live in the DFW area
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation:

• Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, FSA
• A draw is given to new representatives for the first 90 days of employment
• Uncapped commission based position, more effort = more reward! (1st year reps typically make $150,000 - $175,00 top reps make over $300,000 +)
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, FSA.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
