Account Executive Job Highlights:
We have an immediate opening for an Account Executive, located at our headquarter office in Denver, CO. Our continuing growth and expansion goals have us expanding our team to add a skilled Account executive with the ability to increase our footprint, customer base, and enhance our service level. This position will require partnership with our field teams, executive team, and broader organization collaboration. The right person will have the tenacity and passion to exceed quota, excel in customer relationships, and find creative ways to solution and solve customer needs.

Account Executive Compensation: In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 base salary + a strong commission plan. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.

What will you do as an Account Executive for IntelliSource?
- Drive and increase sales with expertise in outsourcing, talent acquisition, and staffing support
- Identify leads and cultivate prospects
- Become an expert in the IntelliSource business, service offerings, competitive advantages, and outsourcing business model
- Meet weekly cold-calling and meeting targets
- Create a pipeline of viable prospects and usher them to close
- Determine customer needs and create solutions to meet their needs
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals to key decision makers
- Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly sales targets
- Participate in weekly sales meeting with corporate sponsors
- Connect and engage clients in solutions conversations
- Manage customer relationships and key deliverables
- Support QBR and data reports to cultivate deeper relationships and value add with customers
- Maintain ongoing pipeline to allow for constant movement
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, meetings, etc. as needed
What will you bring to the Account Executive position?
- Previous cold calling experience, strong lead generation skills
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and sales success-enjoys hunting for new business
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with customers and engage in dynamic conversations
- Passion for growth, innovation, and getting to finish line
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to self-manage, self-motivated and independent
- Organized and able to track activities for proper and timely follow-up
- Strong knowledge of social media, networking, and community partnerships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced culture
- Excellent work ethic and strong team-player
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM
- Willingness for 50% travel or more
- Flexibility to shift quickly based on business needs
- Must be able to come into office full time

- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3-4 years of inside or outside sales experience (preferably B2B)
- High volume sales experience (cold calling, setting appointments, presentations)
