Family owned and operated high-line automotive dealership in beautiful Carlsbad minutes from the ocean seeking a full-time Lot Porter in the Sales Department.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Keeps the lot neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the management and in accordance with dealership display standards.

-Washes, Vacuums, and sanitizes vehicles.

- Performs vehicle checks. Ensures vehicles are always ready to be driven and viewed by clients per dealership standards

-Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on vehicles delivered to the dealership.

-Helps the Service Manager and General Manager as requested to.
- Assists in various facility maintenance and cleaning activities.
- Drives vehicles as needed and directed.
- Acknowledges visitors with a smile and greeting, and directs them to necessary dealership personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be insurable by Company standards

Pay: From $17.00-$18.00 an hour

His timing was serendipitous, as 1975 saw the end of a recession and the rapid economic and population growth of North County, as well as the surge in popularity of Honda and Mercedes-Benz in the U. S. marketplace. Mr. Hoehn was quickly joined by his sons, Bill and Bob, who continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business alongside their children- Ted, Adrienne, Jo Hannah and Susanah. Today, the Hoehn Family of Dealerships proudly represents 8 brands in Carlsbad (Acura, Audi, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter) and a second Audi dealership in Temecula.
