Sales Executive, Treasury and Securities Solutions
Locations: Texas | Connecticut | Hybrid

The Sales Executive role is with our Treasury and Securities Solutions group and is a direct sales quota carrying position, responsible for selling a portfolio of hosted and client installed technology solutions spanning the front, middle and back office operations of bank prospects.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Deliver/Exceed annual sales and revenue targets for a defined territory by building and executing sales strategies with other internal SS&C groups as required
- Lead sales process from prospecting through close including lead generation, client meetings, qualification, RFP’s, workshops, proposal and contract negotiation.
- Proactively build/drive pipeline volume, accelerate sales cycle, manage forecasts and increase conversion ratios
- Diligently track and manage all opportunities in CRM
- Validate client workflow and engage appropriate internal resources where necessary
- Frequent prospect interaction through sales calls and onsite visits
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the full Solutions suite and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with relevant management resources to drive product and messaging strategies to differentiate our solutions
- Acquire knowledge of prospect technology stacks, workflows, and internal structure (org chart, how decisions are made, and competing products)
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree along with experience in Financial Services
- 5+ years of C-Level technology sales experience
- Extensive network in the banking community
- Excellent time management and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalism
- Self-starter with demonstrated track record of acquiring new business
- Experienced negotiator and ability to work with legal and the business unit on contracts
- Thorough understanding of institutional bank operations and technology solutions
- Understanding of Foreign Exchange & Derivatives Trading
- Knowledge and/or experience in a Bank Capital Markets, Corporate Trust (including Issuing and Paying Agency), Treasury or Fixed Income Trading systems
- Knowledge of Fixed Income accounting for bonds, funding instruments, collateral, MBS, CLOs, Swaps, etc.
- Experience selling technology-based enterprise solutions and services to the front, middle and back offices of Banks and/or Broker Dealers
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding financial goals
- Proven ability/process of accurate pipeline management from initial lead to close
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment to achieve results
- Willingness for regular business travel
