Job Description
The Sales Recruiter is responsible for finding and qualifying candidates to join our elite door to door sales force. They are responsible for managing candidates through a variety of sources including social media and traditional recruiting/job boards platforms. They provide regular updates on performance to the director of talent acquisition and strategize uncommon recruiting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media and traditional job boards, to attract and source top-performing sales professionals
• Drive excitement for the opportunities at VITL while ensuring candidates are properly prepared for the position.
• Conduct interviews with candidates
• Sync regularly with field leadership to identify hiring needs and understand team cultures
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting funnel performance and progress to the director of talent acquisition
• Identify top talent from other organizations that are better suited for success at VITL

Qualified Attributes

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for sales positions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
• Knowledge of the latest recruitment techniques and technologies, including the use of social media for recruitment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet company goals
• Comfortable analyzing and communicating recruiting funnel metrics

Required Skills

• Experience building a direct sales team preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with presentation software (Apple Keynote, Powerpoint)
• Comfortable with video conferencing software to conduct interviews and meetings
• Experience with social media recruiting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
