Job Description:

Hoehn Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our Porsche team. The Sales Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the department. The candidate will receive a competitive compensation package along with the great benefits that Hoehn Motors offers.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all product specialists.
• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the sales of new and used vehicles.
• Desks deals and assists product specialists in closing deals.
• Maintains vehicle inventory display to maximize sales and turnover of aged units.
• Coordinates Dealer Trades.
• Appraises incoming used vehicles.
• Handles customer and employee complains immediately and according to dealership’s guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 or more years of experience in automotive sales with at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales management.
• The ability to hire, manage and motivate individuals in achieving monthly sales goals is an important component of the position
• It is preferred that a candidate has familiarity with CDK, Advent and V-Auto software systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interactions with customers, employees and vendors.
• Highly organized and able to set priorities and adjust workflow as required.
• A valid sales license and driver’s license is required.

The Hoehn family has been in the automobile business since the 1920s. In 1938, T.W. Hoehn was awarded a Chevrolet franchise in Memphis, Tennessee. He passed that dealership to his son, T.W. Mr. Hoehn was quickly joined by his sons, Bill and Bob, who continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business alongside their children- Ted, Adrienne, Jo Hannah and Susanah. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Weekend availability

• Carlsbad, CA 92011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
