Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Urbandale, Iowa
Salary: $55,000-$75,000 based on experienc e

DICA is a family-owned and operated company that specializes in building high performance engineered outrigger pads, crane pads, cribbing blocks and magnetic sling protectors that are lightweight, easy to use, and long-lasting.

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for the below:

  • Inbound Calls > answer incoming calls from call que and direct phone numbers and engage customers out of the gate.
  • Outbound Calls > call new and existing customers to grow the DICA business.
  • Lead Qualification > proactively call and follow up with marketing qualified leads within 1 hour of receipt.
  • Sales Process > Follow the existing DICA sales processes for consistency and effectiveness
  • Order Entry, Processing, Maintenance > enter accurate order details into the system.
  • Salesforce Admin/Reporting > ensure accuracy of customer, account and lead data entered via SalesForce/Rootstock.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of inhouse computer systems
  • Closing sales with product & solution expertise
  • Exceptional internal and external relationship building skills
  • Strong organization and prioritization capabilities, detail oriented
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
