Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location: Urbandale, Iowa
Salary: $55,000-$75,000 based on experienc e

DICA is a family-owned and operated company that specializes in building high performance engineered outrigger pads, crane pads, cribbing blocks and magnetic sling protectors that are lightweight, easy to use, and long-lasting.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for the below:
- Inbound Calls > answer incoming calls from call que and direct phone numbers and engage customers out of the gate.
- Outbound Calls > call new and existing customers to grow the DICA business.
- Lead Qualification > proactively call and follow up with marketing qualified leads within 1 hour of receipt.
- Sales Process > Follow the existing DICA sales processes for consistency and effectiveness
- Order Entry, Processing, Maintenance > enter accurate order details into the system.
- Salesforce Admin/Reporting > ensure accuracy of customer, account and lead data entered via SalesForce/Rootstock.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, administration, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of inhouse computer systems
- Closing sales with product & solution expertise
- Exceptional internal and external relationship building skills
- Strong organization and prioritization capabilities, detail oriented
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs

- Inside Sales will create a specified number of new SalesForce opportunities, make outbound calls, answer inbound calls, close sales over the phone and through email.
