Full description of the position

We are looking for talented, dynamic and customer oriented Account Managers to join our performance management team. This role is responsible for actively retaining and growing a company provided book of business. This is a challenging and fast-paced opportunity with a growing and established company. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Account management focused on retaining and growing your book of business by providing amazing service with current and new customers
  • Educate and guide clients through our training process while ensuring we are meeting their needs
  • Have engaging conversations with people leaders and C-Level executives to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
  • Present services and solutions to decision makers and executives
  • Partner with Sales and other departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing systems and/or product releases
  • Work in a fast-paced, high energy and structured for success work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to “think on your feet” and remain unfazed by the word “no”

Qualifications

  • 2+ year(s) of account management or sales experience
  • 2+ year(s) of Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Have a positive, self-driven, team-first mentality with a desire to learn
  • Salesforce experience a plus
