The Job Center is HIRING for a Business Development Representative for the Columbus area!

Benefits of Business Development Representative:

• $50,000 - $55,000 a year base salary
• UNCAPPED commission
• Monthly auto stipend, cell phone stipend and laptop provided
• Unlimited referral program
• 3 weeks of PTO each year

Responsibilities of Business Development Representative:

• Previous sales experience OR a willingness to be trained!
• Ability to create and build client relationships.
• Assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific clients/sponsors including budget and pricing development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Will spend the majority of their day on the road within their region developing a client list.
• Self-motivated with a coachable attitude, possess the skills to maintain and grow current customer relationships as well as develop new ones.
