Medical Sales Opportunity

Principle Health Systems is hiring a Medical Sales Associate to support our Texas based medical ancillary company that offers services within laboratory testing, pain management and DME. This is an entry level medical sales position with the potential for future promotion. Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Full time permanent role
• Pay: $36,000/year base pay + bonus potential (up to $2,000.00 to $3,000.00 a month)
• Additional Reimbursement for travel, cell phone usage and marketing expenses monthly
• Schedule: Monday-Friday primarily day shift ,but must be flexible (this is not a typical 9am-5pm job)
• Benefits: Competitive medical benefits (health, vision, dental) ,3 weeks PTO, 9 paid holidays a year and matching 401k
• This role works out in the field within the DFW Territory

Medical Sales Essential Job Functions:

• Reports directly to the Sales Leader in the territory
• Hunting and cold calling of new business (business development)
• Customer retention and maintenance of accounts (account management)
• Traveling daily in/around DFW area to meet with various medical professionals (assisted living facilities, nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry, internal medicine focus)

Medical Sales Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Interested in starting a career in medical sales
• Schedule flexibility
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and to Houston for additional training/sales meetings as needed
• Team oriented, problem solver, self reliant, accountable professional
