Full Job Description

This job requires sales experience in a blue-collar industry. Previous experience in water softener, HVAC, plumbing, remodel, or similar sales is preferred. You will be selling water softeners and water filtration equipment to high-end clients. We want someone that can hit the ground running and keep up with demand. This job will be responsible for carrying out the entire sales process, including: initial contact, in-home estimates, persistent follow-up, and closing the sale. This role will also be responsible for updating and managing the customer CRM. Our previous sales rep made over $110K last year!

Some of the duties and responsibilities of a sales executive are as follows:

• Conducting customer needs analysis and presenting the customer with optimal solutions
• Maintain important relationships with key account customers
• Understanding product functionality and possible problems, and figuring out a way to handle them
• Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer
• Providing technical expertise on products and/or service
• Properly estimate installation costs and required materials
• Attending exhibitions, conventions, and other events to increase sales of products and/or services
• Train colleagues and sales personnel on basic technical aspects of a product and/or service
• Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products, their working, and their pros and cons
• Sending technical specifications to potential buyers along with the sales quotes
• Revising and improving technical manuals

You will be driving a company branded vehicle, so responsible drivers with a clean driving record is a must. In-county employees will be permitted to drive company vehicles to and from work, but personal use of company vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Job Type: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $100,000.00 to $175,000.00 /year although potential earnings may be much more
