As the newest member of our sales team, you will be providing operational and technical support - ensuring the sales team has everything they need to provide a positive customer journey. You have proven yourself as a Hubspot superuser in a sales operations role in a high-growth organization – maintaining accuracy, building reports and keeping track of all the details. You have an understanding of the hospitality or retail industry and may have worked in a SaaS company even though you are early in your career. You Value: Data, Accuracy, Execution

Spend your days:

  • Providing day-to-day operational support to the sales team, keeping track of all the details, maintaining dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot
  • Making sure the sales team has what they need to efficiently and effectively deliver value to our customers
  • Managing the contract drafting and post-execution process to make sure that every detail is handled
  • Ensuring accurate deal and revenue projection tracking
  • Working with sales, success and operations to drive process and data accuracy
  • Keeping Hubspot scrubbed, all customer information documented and up to date for accurate forecasting
  • Sharing best practices to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
  • Jumping in at any point to assist your team and customers
  • Evangelizing a culture of collaboration and helping our users succeed!

Show us your:

  • Minimum 2 years in a Sales Operations role – extra points if you’ve worked in a SaaS company
  • Hubspot superpowers and demonstrated competency with productivity software, including office apps - we’re super keen on Hubspot Certification
  • Creative problem solving and logistical thinking with the ability to navigate multiple priorities successfully
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate with a team and work with clients
  • Articulate communications - comfortable getting your message across in a virtual world
  • Intellectual curiosity - humble and eager to contribute wherever you're needed
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where every day is a new adventure!
