• In your assigned area, reach out to homeowners to generate sales (warm leads) including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls to intoduce yourself and the company regarding the pest control system they have on their homes.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.

Minimum Requirements:

No experience required – training will be provided!

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must successfully pass background and drug screening
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Good Driving record
