Our company is in need of an entry-level Sales Assistant/Customer Support associate with top-notch customer service skills located at our sales and marketing office in Boulder, CO. If you are proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and have strong attention to detail, process and logistics driven, and deal with clients and customers proficiently, it could be you! It would be quite helpful, but not required, to be knowledgeable about headwear or possibly an athlete who wears or is familiar with our products.

Specific responsibilities would include, but are not limited to the following duties:

• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through email and phones
• Answers sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions within the time limits; follows up to ensure resolution
• Actively participate in our company brainstorming sessions providing feedback and customer insights
• Understanding of SalesForce and CRM data entry
• Become intimately familiar and knowledgeable of our Product Line
• Extensive communication with our Miami-based teams and other satellite locations
• Sales Samples and Sponsor Promotion Coordination
• Collaborate and assist with marketing and special projects, data entry, and administration
• Work together with our Sales Team to support B2B engagement efforts and other client needs
• Assist with office administration
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills including active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

This is a hybrid full-time position working 3 days from the office and 2 optional from home or the office.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
