Now Hiring - S&S Employment Partners - New Business Representative in Urbandale, IA

One of our clients is seeking a New Business Representative to review and process life insurance applications.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $65,000 per year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. 2 days remote, and 3 days on site.

Some of your responsibilities as New Business Representative include:

• Reviewing and processing applications
• Ensuring timely placement of policies
• Working with agents and carriers
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
• Case management with the goal of placing as many policies in force as possible
• Building strong relationships with partners and team members
• Providing a high level of customer service via phone and email
• Engaging in process improvement

To qualify, you must have prior life insurance industry experience, you will also be expected to have:

• Associates degree
• Customer service experience
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to confidentially handle customer interactions
• Ability to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong MS Office skills
