About the Company Hiring: Our client is a highly involved non-profit player in the local business community and is expanding rapidly. This is a unique opportunity to bring your success as a leader in business and create a new service group that has enormous potential to make an impact.

About the Job: As the Director of Business Services, you will report to the Executive Director and be charged with implementing a growth strategy a well as:

  • Supervise a team of 5+ employees
  • Oversee all aspects of business operations (billing, scheduling, contract renewals, pricing, etc.)
  • Develop and launch a business plan focused on revenue growth, marketing, and e-commerce
  • Analyze revenue flows and other quantitative data related to business operations
  • Develop standards for customer guarantees that ensure customer satisfaction
  • Pursue RFP applications for existing and new business, and stay abreast of current contracts
  • Explore ways to automate and innovate within the on-demand service platforms for service delivery
  • Develop and update SOPs
  • Develop metrics to track account growth and revenue
  • Manage vendors and consultants that interact with business delivery models

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration; MBA or JD a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales and project management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Adaptability and experience working with various web and app-based software platforms

Salary: $85,000+ incentives
