Who are we looking for?

• We are seeking individuals who have the entrepreneurial spirit and are looking for the right sales opportunity. • We are looking for a team of 2 individuals to work events together. This team can consist of any combination of individuals, such as a mother and daughter duo, best friends, siblings, family members, or spouses. Having a partner to work with can be a great way to support and motivate each other, and can lead to more success at events.
• We are seeking individuals who have the flexibility to travel on weekends. Our events typically involve leaving on Friday mornings or afternoons and returning late on Sunday nights. If you have the freedom to travel on weekends and are willing to commit to this schedule, you are going to love the adventure that awaits.

Let's break-down what to expect when joining our team.

• We set up a photo vendor booth at the largest youth sporting events across the country.
• These events are typically on the weekends (All day Friday-Sunday).
• We travel far, 5+ hours sometimes. You will need a driver's license.
• You will be on your feet and walking/hustling all day, 12+ hours
• You will be expected to hire your own staff to travel with you. We are looking for a team of friends, couples, family members, etc.
• You will be required to assist in booking events for yourself. It's a team effort :)
• You will be required to complete sales reports and photo schedules, must have a basic understanding of excel
• You and your crew members will need newer phone (3 or more back cameras)
• You will need a computer that runs well.
• We provide all the training.

How does on-boarding work?

• Let's Chat! If your application looks great, we will be reaching out to schedule your first interview.
• If you first interview rocked, you will be asked to download our app and create a poster. (Don’t worry, there’s a step-by-step video.)
• Once you create your poster, you will book your second interview with us.
• You can expect 2 interviews before being invited to an evaluation event.
• You will be required to pass a background check and complete SafeSport certification before your first training event.
• You will be required to attend 2 evaluation events and we will evaluate, together, if this position is right for you. You will be required to travel to UTP headquarters for 11 days (2 weekends). Headquarters is located in Joliet, IL.
• Once we all agree you are a right fit for the team, you will continue to work training events until you are comfortable to run events with your own team.

How does pay work?

• Evaluation & Training Events: $18/hour + Tips
• Online Training & Training not attending events, your states minimum wage.
• Event Pay for Manager (you): State Min wage + Commission + Tips
• Event Crew: State Min wage - $18/hour + Tips
• Travel Pay 90+ Minutes: State Min wage

What is the commission?

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
