Hey, if you love visiting stores and provide merchandising services, then we would love to hear about you! We are looking for a Beverage Sales Merchandiser, especially Salesperson for Off and On Premises with TABC license.

Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Increase market share of HUSA brands through new points of distribution, increase display execution and brand visibility of specific products at [on/off] premise accounts.

· Maintain all KPI goals, initiatives, and expectations within an assigned geography (territory) based on local HUSA’s team strategic priorities.

· Build and maintain strong account relationships with all the customers in your target accounts through regularly scheduled calls and ongoing communication with all levels of management and employees.

· Keep track of and report on merchandising activity including retail insights, trends, and opportunities.

· Assist with set-up and execution of especial events in her/his territory

· Enforce, execute, and ensure the following:

· Quality standards for assigned accounts

· Account strategy and tactics within customer base

· Mobilize against market tour expectations and objectives.

· Ensure all HUSA brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of HUSA merchandising guidelines.

This involves working closely with retailers, distributor(s), client's Key Account Manager, and Dracko’s Project Lead in relation to managing the expectations and objectives in stores, the execution of strategic plans at retail, impacting baseline distribution (Core and innovation SKUs) and taking action against merchandising and sales initiatives to accurately identify display execution opportunities, plan stock levels and monitor product freshness in the trade.

Job Requirements

* 21+ years

*TABC License

* Outgoing and Engaging

* High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Driver License

* Reliable transportation

* Smartphone

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Language proficiency: English (Spanish is a Plus)

Work Experience in related field or industry: 2+years

Work schedule: Monday – Friday but the ability to work weekends/holidays with a certain frequency to supervise, support, or even execute traditional or non-traditional sampling events.
